1. Company Information

SOLVERS LTD is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. For all inquiries, contact us at anastasiia.chaban@yahoo.com.

2. Scope of Services

SOLVERS LTD provides the following accounting and bookkeeping services:

• Bookkeeping and account reconciliation
• VAT registration, filing, and cross-border compliance
• Monthly and annual financial reporting
• E-commerce accounting including Amazon, Stripe, and platform fee reconciliation
• Corporate tax preparation and filing support

The specific scope will be defined in a service agreement signed by both parties.

3. Client Obligations

To enable us to perform our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation
• Notify us promptly of any changes affecting your business or financial situation
• Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule
• Cooperate in good faith throughout the engagement

SOLVERS LTD shall not be liable for any errors or delays resulting from your failure to meet these obligations.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in your individual service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date
• Late payments may incur interest under applicable Bulgarian law
• We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are overdue by more than 14 days
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public financial and business information received during the engagement. This obligation survives termination for three years. We will never share your financial data with third parties except where required by law or necessary for service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business opportunity.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. You remain liable for all fees accrued up to the date of termination.

8. Data Protection

SOLVERS LTD processes personal and financial data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Bulgarian data protection law. Data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
